Return Policy

At Move Or Snooze, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns are not accepted for any items that have been used, worn, or opened.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We require clear proof of the issue in the form of photo or video evidence showing the defect or damage. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within seven days of receiving your package to request a return. Any return request sent after this period may not be approved.
To request a return, please email us at support@moveorsnooze.com with your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and the required visual proof. We will review your request and notify you if the return is approved. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping unless the error was ours.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you received a defective item and would like a replacement, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order once your refund is processed.
